Booking terms and cancellations

Accommodation is primarily booked through the Myllymaja.fi website.

Person pays for the reservation primarily at the time of booking on the website.

Companies have the option to pay for reservation with an invoice.

Current service fee is added for reservations made at reception (Shell Ylämylly).

Check-in will be available on arrival date from 15:00 and the departure must take place no later than 12:00 at noon after the last booked night.

100% of the prepaid reservation will be refunded in case of cancellation is done by email at least 2 days prior to scheduled arrival. If cancellation is made 1 day before the scheduled arrival 50% of the payment will be refunded.

If canceled later than mentioned above the reservation will not be refunded.

Only the number of guests stated / paid in the booking can be accommodated in the rooms.

When arriving with pets this ­­must be notified in advance during booking. Additional pet fee is paid during the booking.

If unauthorized pet accommodation occurs during stay a 150€/day fee is charged.

If decided to leave before the scheduled departure, remaining reservation will not be refunded.

The guest registration form must be filled when collecting the key on arrival.

Guests are responsible for any done damage to the room and broken items etc. during the time of their stay.

Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited.

If smoking occurs during the stay an additional 150€ fee is charged.

For lost room keys an additional 100€ fee is charged.
